Good idea - one that I know of, might go and check whether they're actually still open at this point.

If you give your location/area someone might be able to suggest shops more specifically.

Putney - there's loads of shops of all kinds, I just really don't know where I'd go to find flour beyond obviously the supermarkets. The local corner shop doesn't have any (though it does have, and always did have, toilet paper). Possibly something over in Fulham? Don't know the area there as well.
