Got some long shears that do it, but the wife wouldn’t use those / it’s hell on the back!

I quit using shears a few years back.

Fwiw We have a Bosch cordless strimmer a bit like this one as it shares batteries with our drill and hedge trimmer. It is a bit blade hungry though.
