That's true - though Tour of Tameside has been around since the early 80s and is really quite well established. It's a festival with music, chip timing, road closures - not to mention the fact it's on the edge of the peak district.
That doesnt mean to say it couldn't be really interesting - all those events could be on one day - would be super tough! The Tour of Tamesaide started as just a marathon and grew to a week long festival. Anyway, that's just like my opinion man :-)

Maybe ... Difficult to tell at this stage. Must be a nightmare for event planners everywhere!
Nothing about EfM yet, hopefully that can still happen in 2020.
The email from Richard was really good to be fair. Explained his reasoning and reassuring everyone their money is safe and refunds are available if people don't want to do it next year.
Endure24 postponed by a year. Deadwater postponed by a year (and therefore postponing KODR 2021 by a year also). Autumn 100 full - this was to be my qualifying race for Western States entry into the ballot but that's also been postponed until next year. Everything else I had lined up is cancelled.
On the plus side I now have an additional 12 months to train my endurance for Deadwater. If only I had the time...
