  • I use a special lamp in the winters for "sunshine effect". Really works well for me.

    When i "researched" what lamp to get i stumbled upon in earphones that supposedly had the same effect by light in the ears instead of the eyes. These were only the makers claims tho but there seem to be some support for it working. Never tried those tho as it felt a little to out there for me so i settled for staring into a light bulb for 30 min day instead .)
