Good to know. I'm actually in Toronto so although a decent distance away, maybe easier to deal with. I'll look into them. As you say a good bit cheaper than the Citizen that it is copying. Keep us updated on customer service levels.

What's with the additional serifs?! The new Prospex look good though. Wish they were 40mm.

Edit: Just realised they pretty much 40mm, mixing them up with another model.

Presage has always liked serifs because luxury. That’s why it’s doubly weird to see Arial numerals - very rare on Japanese watches in general, I’ve not seen it before on a Seiko.

Bunch of new Seikos recently, I assume you mean the 62MAS style ones. I ought to be really excited about them (62MAS is my favourite divers watch design) but there’s something missing for me. None of the vibe of the SLA017.

Pretty beaten up Smiths Deluxe that I picked up very cheaply, because it’s almost certainly a Franken, but the 1215 15J (probably late 50’s) movement is solid and the case has a certain charm, just need to sort that Crystal sizing out.

it was pointed out to me by @cagimaha that it needs a poo brown metallic Reliant Scimitar to go with it :)

I have this later 'big case' Smiths that needs fixed as well (because its an awful post 72 movement), really like it.
