i bought one of these spot weld cutters from Amazon having had all the other versions.

Changed my life for unpicking panels

I've tried all the other varieties, i find the traditional drills don't last and go blunt very quickly, and the other cutters tend to shatter the tips off the cutter, even if you put a centre punch down first. That's the first reliable one i've had
