When adjusting rear shock preload does it matter if the spring spins with the lower collar (not the lockring) when turning? To me it seems like the shock isn't actually changing length 🤔
I was told it doesn't matter no. Length change is barely noticeable until you sit on it and see how much preload you've applied.
