I'm not sure quite how I arrived at this conclusion, but reading between the lines I think she may buy first class rail tickets.

You know, I think you're right. Although I'm mystified as to why she's still buying them, having complained that it's pointless to do so for about 4 years.

If she even buys them. It might just be fake rage as a standard class ticket holder annoyed that people with standard class tickets go an sit in 1st class when they shouldn't. There are many levels to this.
