Didn't I inadvertently leave you standing outside a pub for 15 minutes while my phone was muted? I still feel bad about that.
Glad you like it though and that it looks awesome on the Marin. Funnily enough I took it off a bike I got to replace a Bear Valley (not SE) that I managed to crack through the dropout.

Yes, not for weight-weenies and I can confirm that wrestling a riser into the clamp without scratches can be a bit of a sweat. A flat bar will be fine.
I love the oddball looks, the low stack, the single bolt design &c &c
