The current iteration of my V2. Bontrager fork, 27.5x1.5 tyres, Dia-Compe bmx rear brake, 38x18 ss, 660 bars.

that's awesome, love that you can fit 27.5 wheels with enough clearance at the back, my v1 doesn't.

Is the rear brake attached with a plate?

No, the V2 has a brake bridge. Which'll make it harder to spread, I guess.
