Ofc there are lots of reasons to avoid COVID, and training is probably the least of them but this has definitely crossed my mind.
My focus this year has been on consistency (helped by wfh) and a slight mixup of my previous approaches and I feel I’m building my best base in years. Would really rather not lose it.
I have a friend who is about 6 weeks into his recovery from suspected COVID19. He is still struggling to get out for 5k or more. He is really suffering for nearly 36 hours after any jog. So it sounds like at least two months.
