The guy above the pen pot? Seems to need a fair amount of water and good light. He’s definitely one of my more thirsty guys. Although he does have a couple of brown patches on the leaves but they don’t seem to be increasing so just gonna carry on as is for now.

Yeah that one. Mine has a lot of dry brown leaf tips - will try more water.
On a separate note, I took some drastic actions today. Removed two dead branches from my braided pachira aquatica tree, unbraided then, pulled out their roots and repotted - hoping to stop the rot spreading. And beheaded my pilea, which was getting way too leggy. Hoping I haven't just murdered two of my faves...
