Ofc there are lots of reasons to avoid COVID, and training is probably the least of them but this has definitely crossed my mind.
My focus this year has been on consistency (helped by wfh) and a slight mixup of my previous approaches and I feel I’m building my best base in years. Would really rather not lose it.
First run in 4 weeks after suspected COVID-19. Lungs felt okay, but generally felt weak and feel quite knackered now. Rolled my ankle running up hill home so called it quits after 4.5k
I was probably running my fastest 5k and 10ks in the weeks before I sick, with long runs around the 15k mark. How long should I expect to take it easy. I have no real goals right now, so if you say 2 months I'll be okay with that.
