If you mean changing the end caps on your hubs - this is totally fine.

There isn’t an adapter to allow QR only hubs to be fitted to a TA frame or fork, as far as I know.

i mean the other way around. my wheelset is 12mm TA and i want to use it on a frame with QR dropouts

Ah sorry, was making assumptions based on your newly arrive carbon frame.

Ideally use different hub end caps, this isn't even nearly a bodge and is totally cool. Otherwise, I have used the SON/Hunt 12mm->QR reducer insert and it was fine. Not sure about options for the rear hub though.
