my best mate had a gut feeling (something with his wheel build didn't add up) about my spoke tension meter being off.. so we set out to fix the problem:

1. create contraption and prepare weights + scale.
   
2. fix hanging device.
   
3. hang the precision calibrating tool.
   
4. call in measurement expert.
   
   

the tension meter is now calibrated :)
