Not Wiggles fault except they chose the supplier. Delivery driver didn’t fancy the furthest 5 miles on his route so he dropped my parcel at a different store.
The message I got said that there was not room at the original location. If that was the case then surely he’d have gone to the next nearest store. Probably saved him 30 minutes as we are on the boundary of two routes from different parcel centres. I get it delivered to a store 1 mile west and 1 mile east of my house and they go via different routes. -

Turned out the Chairman of my cycling club knows a one-legged cyclist who takes a single right hand size 43 shoe. He was very happy with it, and was still using it last time I heard.
Has he commissioned more, though?

Not as far as I'm aware. And I've switched to using a heat gun for moulding Bont shoes.

My parcel is currently under investigation. I ordered 3 weeks ago. CRC very slow to deal with anything.

A friend has just received a bike from Cycle Surgery in the wrong size. All order documents are for the correct size but for some reason the wrong one has been sent. He can't get through to them by phone, does anyone know if they are still offering customer service? Is he going to get messed around trying to sort this out?

What’s this got to do with Wiggle?
How did your friend pay? If paypal or credit card they may be able to get someone to fight it for them but they’ll need to act fast. I just googled Cycle Surgery and their website says closing down sale.
I wouldn’t mind betting they didn’t have the size your friend wanted so just sent the next best thing. -

Nothing to do with Wiggle but I couldn't figure where else to put it. Good idea to ask credit card people, I've suggested that to him. Thanks

Is Wiggle down? I put an order in- no confirmation, can't log in to account, can't call anyone.
Not sure what to do about it.
Obv paid with CC. -

Website has been really slow all day
Website has been really slow for years since some dipshit web designer broke it. Wiggle used to be my first stop in the first decade of this century, now the site annoys me so much that I've bought nothing from them since 2018 except the exclusive High5 Zero Mojito which I like

8 hrs later have confirmation email. Phew.
Still can't access the account, though. -

I think the whole internet is down....

Tried to checkout, couldn’t. Guess they don’t want my money

Went to order tyres from Wiggle.
Slow Internet made me go and check what was in the shed and bike store.
Found suitable tyres I'd forgotten I had.
Closed wiggle browser tab. Saved me close to £50.

Checked, nothing on mine, but a useful reminder to change passwords (even randomly generated unique passwords) every so often.

And their website is down this evening and the app is not working. CRC seems ok at the moment.

No problems logging in to the wiggle website right now.

Possible nobbage. Ordered stuff yesterday it said free delivery so I gave it no thought. Had pick n packed email today... anticipated delivery date 6th July. Wondering if free delivery is now entirely on foot from depot to destination?
-
• #673
Update: no nobbage, unless Yodel fuck up in the next few hours it'll be here today apparently...

unless Yodel fuck up in the next few hours
That's a big if

Yodel did the business. I'm shocked.
Well, you never know. I flambéd a left hand Bont shoe trying to heat mould it. I got distracted and only realised my mistake when I noticed the heady pong of burning plastic. Turned out the Chairman of my cycling club knows a one-legged cyclist who takes a single right hand size 43 shoe. He was very happy with it, and was still using it last time I heard.
