I made a cheese and broccoli type thing with loads of snodowonia black bomber cheddar and butter, wasn’t healthy but was delicious.

I have 2 pans 40cm and 60 cm
Tried the 40 cm on the inner 2 rings of the 3 ring burner , supposed to feed 6/7 .. but the 4 of us demolished it .

Probably a bit late to ask as it's currently on but how open/closed does the lid vent on the BBQ want to be for doing a chicken? It's currently half open as I'd imagine it needs a bit of air. Cheers

Anyone know if a cast iron grates are worth the monies? Need to replace mine on my Weber Go Anywhere and it’s £25 for stock and £65 for a cast iron one

I find that if you close the air vent down, the fire dies down and it gets too cool. So I tend to go for full open or nearly fully open.
