Nope, the frame was designed for NS bikes and they dictaded all the specs. This one is the Synonym TR, they also have race version which is 200 pounds more expensive and 400 grams lighter.
Haven't seen any progressive hardtails. Everything seems to come with a slack seattube and steep headtube.
