All bb standards apart from BSA are rubbish
And BSA isn't even a description of a BB, it's the name of a defunct Birmingham Small Arms manufacturer who also made bicycles and motorbikes. Being British, they manufactured most of their bottom bracket shells with BSC threads.
The same thread form, but not pitch, is now used in the majority of bicycles in the form of the ISO standard threaded bottom bracket.
