Well thanks for all the interest. Sorry to be a git but I just can't sell it now I've broken it all down, just couldn't think of a good enough reason to be doing it and I actually think it's a superb set up.

I've had these 94 era polished road and mtb Dale's since they were current (I'm an old git) and know how rare these road versions are ( I have some triples as well) there were immediate offers through ebay which hit home. I would regret it I know.

Correct. If you could live with a silver one my stem will be for sale in a couple of weeks when my new nos one arrives from the states. Mine is 130mm...

130 is a bit long for my frame and i need a black stem so i either need to paint one or i just have to live with a similar stem
Sad as i really like the „ahead“ look of that model

Easy enough to do then.... find a shorter one, dip it in caustic soda to strip the silver ano and get it re-ano'd in black. Buy new decals!
