Levers or callipers?

I have one set of Avid Ultimate V brake (by far the best).

Ha, right, callipers.
And that's about the perfect thing I was looking for. Will match the Avid levers nicely.

I’ve only one set of callipers front or rear.

I’m going to have to dig them out when I get a chance (I’m still working and especially busy, next day off not until Sunday).
It’ll give me time to think how much I want for them.
