• Personally I think it's a good idea. A lot of people are uncertain about what's going on and are questioning the need to shut down the country. Having a forum to ask for explanations and have those explanations open to criticism sounds like a good thing. The person who created the site seems to have a reasonable stance on it too:

If you want to post comments, try and avoid conspiracy theories. If you believe 5G masts are linked to the spread of coronavirus, this site isn’t for you. It’s important that we all keep clear heads in the current crisis. And if possible, try not to engage in too much partisan point-scoring.

Although I believe the lockdown needs to be dialled back, I’m not absolutely certain of that and am open to having my mind changed. The critical thing is that we should have an informed public debate about it.

I haven't read anything bar the introduction page, so apologies if the rest of the site is a bunch of whackjob tin-foil hat nonsense.

I don't think the main issue is that the correct information isn't out there, but the misinformation surrounding it. (Granted there's nothing to state whether the information on that site is correct or not)

  • Granted that's a bit of a down-side.

I can see the potential issues that arise from that, but telling people who have those beliefs that they're wrong without backing up that stance (and yes, I'm sure a lot of people will ignore the facts that are given to them) proves their point in many cases.

  • It’s Toby Young.

That is the most offensive thing about the link your shared, tbf.

  • What’s he an expert on this week?
