Ebay?

They don't look to be widely available or cheap. You could also inquire
https://www.aircraftinteriors.co.uk/
As they must do refurbs, though I don't know if many private planes would use the trollies. -

Thx all. I have found a cheap one which is knackered. Now to find if they’ll deliver

I'm sure I'm not the only curious one. What are you building?

Nothing too rock and roll. Currently using a black and decker workmate style thing for the screen and fan on my turbo and tidying all the cables and stuff is always a bit of a mess. Anyway, looking around for a better solution I had the idea of some sort of trolley so I can also pack it all away easier.
Anyway this came to mind so the idea is storage for the turbo, mat etc inside to pack it away when I need to, wire up sockets inside with only one cable to go to the mains. Fold out shelf for keyboard and mouse, hooks for the fan, some sort of clamp to keep the screen secure etc. Might be worth it if I can get one cheap enough.

Wouldn’t a bog standard catering trolley be cheaper and easier to source?

yeah, or all manner of regular tool trolleys available from machine mart or easy enough to make at home. IKEA probably do a number of suitable items.

Maybe, don't have a picture in my head for it... what do you mean? If it's open sided, then I thought about that but for the airline trolley, I quite like the fact they're solid sides, pretty robust, lock safely which means I can probably move it around without worrying about stuff falling out.

A decent tool trolly locks and as castors that can be locked too.

always thought tool trolleys were quite expensive...

How much is the airline trolly you have found? How much is the postage? How much time have you spent trying to find this alternative and what is your hourly rate.
How much is a tool trolly?

In a similar fashion I often find myself spending hours to find the best option for cost of item including postage when all I save myself is a couple of quid.

Looking at 150 euros shipped to me if they're actually shipping across borders at the moment which is a coin toss at best. Local hardware stores are closed except for delivery (or trade, which I am not) and charge 80 euros delivery and 2 week delay currently.

Got a project that I think one of these would be great for in terms of storing some equipment. I'd end up modifying it (i.e. attack it with drills and saws) so I don't want a new one, in fact as long as the wheels and brakes work and it's structurally sound, the more knackered the better.
Anyone know where I can get one without having to deal with some "upcycle" website who adds 300 euros to the price for giving it a jetwash and a little polish?
