    Correct, and the cycling industry doesn't have as tight a tolerance as the motoring let alone aerospace industry; they simply do not have the budget.

    Customers send him their worst frames, that's about it.

    I tried to ask him to put closed captioning but he says it's too much work and someone should do it for him.

    Nice Bike = £
    Nice Car = £20 x Nice Bike
    Nice plane = £200 x Nice Car

    Also. BBs are like £25-£45. Even if you need to replace one every year. (even at a very reasonable £25 for LBS installation). So what? Bikes are consumables. Most of the cost of parts is operating costs for the mfg and the distribution chain.

  • To be honest some of his findings were quite shocking, completely undersized or oval bottombrackets, that's not how pressfit works and it should be checked before they sell a frame. If its too hard or expensive to properly make it than they should stick to threaded bb's or so
