I guess the phrase "different processes for getting emergency supplies" actually means "been deemed not worthy of accessing emergency supplies"

I think it's the Tories up to their old tricks of fucking up and trying to cover their arses with the people who will actually vote for them.
NHS Scotland were told they're not allowed to big against NHS England for supplies and that it would be coordinated centrally. Then this happens and Hancock goes to ground.
Pretty disgusting really.
