How can you be surprised? Look at those Stretch Goals, the t-shirt at $2 million and a KICKSTAND at $2.5 million. Just imagine what an extra $500,000 will get everyone involved. I've got my fingers crossed for a bell on the wrapped bars maybe.

I just still haven't gotten over the name.

It's easy to mock the stupid name and the wanky marketing, but it's a pedelec that looks like a bicycle for a grand. You can see how a couple of thousand people could get behind that idea in spite of the wank.

Sure, but even if I was in the market for this kind of thing, that name alone would ensure I'd never get one. It just really is pretty bad :D
