Probably going a bit OTT but you can use this tool https://29a.ch/photo-forensics/#forensic-magnifier to prove it's photoshopped ("fact").
I had a look myself, the clone stamp tool will show you where there are identical clusters of pixels:
I mean you can see it's 'shopped with your eyes, but I guess that's not "fact" enough.
