That shed looks fine to me. Give it a brush down with a wire brush and slap some preservative on it. Be good for another 10 years.

New torch-on roof felt, repair the broken bits and a fresh uniform colour and it will look decent.If you want it to be a fully insulated, weather-proof home away from home you're best starting from scratch imo.
