Think order and intercept is the way to go. The hospital is pretty strict at the moment.

In the delivery options just say you'll be standing at the roadside or whatever. I'm sure the rider/driver will be happy to avoid the idea of going close to a hospital at the moment. I doubt it'd even seem odd.
