Idler probably needs a clean and motor might need lubing.
They are great turntables (when replinthed especially) and pretty easy to work on. Lencoheaven if you haven't already found it has plenty of useful guides.
Thanks! I ended up bending the idler arm slightly and rotating the rubber grommet on the base of the idler arm. Now running much better!
