I really like the Ikea Komplement shoe racks for fitting out cupboards - great design. If it's not too much, you could:
Buy an Ikea PAX carcass in the size you want (£40-70)
Fill it with Komplement pull out racks (£20 each)
Ask a joiner to make you a custom door to match the current design of the hallway/space. (Maybe £200) or buy an ikea one off the shelf.
