Looking at getting a couple of quick and dirty desks set up in the attic to try and do some video work if I can't get out and shoot stuff at the moment.
For quick and dirty I'm looking at an h-frame made of scaffolding/similar. Come across some kits like:
https://simplifiedbuilding.co.uk/kits/desk-tables/all/table-frame-kit-adjustable and https://simplifiedbuilding.co.uk/kits/desk-tables/all/table-frame-kit-basic and while there is a lot of appeal to just clicking a button and having a kit arrive, I can't help but feel 300 quid for a few meters of tubing, some fittings and castors seems a bit rich.
Any suggestions for alternative suppliers (either kits or raw material?). I guess that place linked above uses this place or similar: https://keesystems.com/store/tube.html - their lengths are about 40 quid for 3.2 meters (size 7 tube + there's about 6m required per desk), so 80 quid tubing, plus another...50(?) for fittings/castors assuming I can get through it with a hacksaw (eventually)?
Any more for any more?
Obvs a month ago I could have just gone to the scrapper but a bit limited at the mo!
