First world problems I know but jesus... every day I see people on the road that either haven't got their helmets on properly or shouldn't even be on the road as they haven't got a clue how to ride a bike. I see a guy every day who never wears a helmet... and I swear he's got like 4 lovely bikes... maybe get rid of one and invest in a lid ya knobber!

Well, it’s not particularly dangerous travelling slowly along a normal street, but 40 km/h through the narrow bit on Swain’s Lane is suicidal. And pointless. He was doing hill repeats, so why not just go around via Highgate West Hill?

Shout out to the two guys undertaking me going down Brasted Hill yesterday. I was on the right hand side of the road in order to socially distance myself from the pedestrian walking on the left hand side. Brasted Hill really isn't a very wide road.
