In more recent years, the list of excluded forms of travel has expanded a bit, e.g. here at the M11 Link Road (euphemistically now called the A12) in East London:

Done the a316,A30 and A4. The a40 and a406 next. Are you allowed on the elevated section? I know hammersmith flyover a4cycling is banned.
