I'd say so; it's pretty much the classic winter/4 seasons road bike at this point.
It's just the frameset for sale but I tend to keep on top of things most weeks. I'm selling the groupset in another listing and that and my wheels have had everything (bearings, chainrings, cassette, chain) replaced this year, just not the headset which I've left up to the buyer whether to replace or not. HTH.
