I'm pretty sure I have a Sugino triple (110/ 74 bcd) in 165mm if that could work for your kids bike?

Alright so I have a Sugino TD2, brand spanking new never fitted ( I ordered it from Spa Cycles in error, needed a 130bcd...). No chainrings though, just the arms.
