Professional powder coat. With transfers lacquered. I have the original Peugeot headbadge also to fit to head tube, that will come with it. Will upload photos later today as committed elsewhere until c. 6pm. I bought it on the strength of the seat tube size, but in reality it is simply too small and i'm just looking to recover some of the outlay - you know how it goes.....I reckon would b idea for someone 5 foot 5-5ft 6 / 162-165 cm tall.
