If I've ordered something online and paid via PayPal and the seller requires you to call them to cancel, can you just cancel via PayPal?

No. Last time I tried this Paypal ruled against me, since there was no dispute. And you can't dispute again if the seller does screw you over later.

Thanks it was from Curry's and I spent an hour and a half on hold only to be dropped . So was just wondering if there was a faster online route.
