  • I wrote up the ankle advice that @greenbank posted and put it on my fridge. Its much easier to do all these things when working from home - alas, I've been in the office all week so I have to try to ice without my colleagues seeing.

    In the spirit of honesty, I've barely done any of the exercises this week. I set a new 5k PB last night (LOL still slow) and my ankle is massive and painful today, not sure running again tonight is a great idea. Hmmm.
