The large toebox they tend to have can make them feel bigger.
Different shoes fit different people in different ways though.
There's no substitute for trying in in store.
And then buying 5 pairs in every colourway online.
I prefer the approach of buying online, realising it's the wrong size and wearing them anyway out of stubbornness.
yep unfortunately trying on in store is obv currently not possible - and all my trainers are gore tex and making my feet boil!
I think half a size down might be the ticket...
Out of curiosity how much space around your toes do you go for? I've always been told a thumb width in front is about right.
