Anyone know if all g-shock DW variants have the same size/shape units in them..

I have a weird urge to put a solar unit (as per VB’s steel version) into another case from a more basic model.

I don't believe they do, as someone on here tried to replace the case with another variant and didn't work properly. I'm sure there are loads that work together though.
