I never paid too much attention to Somec but that ticks all of the (my) boxes... Any idea of the year of fabrication?

Ha, I'm not too fussed about the parts, no. But look at that frame! It's lugless. It's got vertical (or semi-vertical) dropouts. It's got some tyre clearance in the forks. They've bothered to paint said forks. All of that combined ain't that common.
