If you're used to what I call the asics hug, they will feel roomy. Better for your feet though. I found inov8 sizing quite true.

I have a pair of inov8's and they're ridiculously roomy, maybe a full size too big. I find them reasonably narrow too. I keep thinking I'll buy new trail shoes but every trail race I do I tell myself is my last.

Inov8's arrived and they come up so massive!! I reckon even a half size down will be too big - does anyone have any experience with them?
