WTD: 1" threadless carbon fork, steerer 225+, look/time/woundup/columbus

Can't find a decent one anywhere! steerers are either too small or no stock...

ideally after a visible carbon weave - the new columbus minimal is all matt and won't really work with the build with the white text near the dropout (yup, picky!).

headtube is 155, add the stack of the headset + stem i'm looking for 225 or more

any help much appreciated!

Will check those looks, but unfortunately those old style minimals from singletrack are ordered 'from supplier' and they will come as the new Matt version :(

@IlPirata could even throw some njs flake on there (^_^) but i'll get nowhere near that factory finish (tried it before on some rims, not enough surface prep or sanding back between coats = poor adhesion..flakes off if you just look at it...)

You're probably right. Its a weird choice by Columbus imo. Current bikes often have the Matte finish sure but most people looking for a 1 inch fork are wanting to stick it on an older frame thats not matte? 🤷

Update - found the right pair on gumtree of all places - transaction was at a suitably awkward yet safe distance.

@ghostface offered some nice carbon aeroforks if anyone is still looking for a pair.

@MattG87 also has original Columbus minimal so give him a shout if he still has them!
