I was expecting him to recreate the homer in the bush meme.

RVV "live" CYOA from Sunweb. Similar to the Cycling Tips one but they take votes from Twitter to decide race course of action.

Triathlete wins Ronde de Zwift shocker
-
• #25782
I don't Zwift myself, can't stand cycling while standing still, but I understood the 'gameplay' with drafting, aero, and uphill bonus possibilities are about as important as how hard one can pedal?

What are these 1998 graphics...

Is it wrong that I don’t even want GVA to win a virtual race?

Total fan boy:
Mark Cavendish. I really liked the fact he won. And loved winning. And would happily moan about anything (including himself).Wout van Aert
Lars Van Der haar
Wout for his snot face, his ability to really fucking get at MVDP, and his willingness to work hard. Also. Hair.Lars for his willingness to get stuck in. His hurdling. And his balls for the rutty descending. Also. Big cock.
I loved nairo when he appeared but he's been neutralised.
Also grudgingly like valverde. Comedy bad man.
Also Tony Martin.

Dunno if a repost, but this behind the scenes film compiled of broadcast, moto footage and GoPros from the 100th de Ronde is pretty ace. Ronde Treasure

love those behind the scenes vids... I hope the De Ronde 103 version becomes available too for you guys, it's on Sporza's website but there's no English spoken/subbed version yet afaik
Edit: tomorrow!

Nice! It's total chaos in the team cars, eh? Not sure how I'd cope being in one of them..
-
• #25792
Haha, yes, and in the director's room, among the photographers, the jury... for me, a race is best enjoyed feet up with refreshments close at hand after a nice ride in the morning ;-)

I’ve really enjoyed those behind the scenes videos too. You get a real sense of scale of the whole process. The kids flying the TV plane was an eye opener

That 103 was up last week; they must have taken it down again. Very good.

that's brilliant, thank you

I'm looking for a link to the entire Giro 2018 stage 19 - Froome's Finestre ride. My goggling isn't coming up with the goods. Anyone know of somewhere?

Such love for that stage. I genuinely changed my honeymoon plans after watching that stage, to go to Turin purely so I could ride finestre. Then went back the following year and did the exact same holiday. I'll do the same this year if I can.
This is nice too, if a bit of PR guff

You’re a star, much appreciated.
This was taken in 2017 I think. A blisteringly hot day that took a few of our riders down with heatstroke. Worth every second of pain though.

I've been gradually working my way through these, programmes made by Sporza that show the Tour of Flanders unfold, but including the tv and radio production crews. It's a different way of watching the race, but I find it very insightful.

Yeah, the behind the scenes ones really are superb
That's the same turbo as mine, the one I have just put back in storage. Wretched things.
