Depends if you go to a hospital with a clean zone or not...
If not (and this is quite likely now)- 14 days if asymptomatic.
(all house must isolate for 14)
7 days total if symptomatic and resolution within that time period.
Criteria for more than 7 days of symptoms is more complicated- call 111 if 5-7 days of persitent symptoms, worsening, etc, etc.
Call 999 if significant deterioration.But again- just ask the hospital.

If I go to hospital (non covid-19 related) then should I self isolate at home for 7 or 14 days afterwards?
