I've got 15T and 16T cogs (for mounting on cassette freehub with spacers).
I've got a Shimano 16T self-contained aka bmx freewheel which is what you want. It's used, the teeth look ok but I don't know how many miles it has done or anything. I think it was an interim part on my partner's bike before I bought her a WI freewheel.
