God knows what's next with their nonsense.

I get that they're under a lot of pressure to deliver and i completely sympathise, (particularly at the moment) but no one called today from UPS, no one rang my bell, no van, no nothing.

I wouldn't even mind if they said "sorry we just didn't have time because of how busy we are, but we'll get it to you tomorrow!"

....but to pass them blame to me is maddening.

Everyone here knocks the window / door, drops parcel, runs 5 meters and shouts PARCEL!!! which is fair enough. Don't be surprised if it ends up in a bin or random place with a "it's in the garden" note.

I guess covid19, nor anything, will never change courier company excuses :)

I live in a flat so I normally buzz them up and then stick my head out of the hall window which so I can look out at the lobby window. Then give them a thumbs up as they come through, to signal to leave it by my door. Its been very successful so far.
