You nailed it. Smudging the shadows vs clean lines for the objects works really well. Did it take long?

Aww, ta. About 20 mins. Could have happily carried on if it was a painting. Love painting, never enough time for it.

That's lovely the block colours for the top is great.(edit sorry buildings didn't have my glasses on ) I've found myself looking forward to covid art club challenge as it times nicely with my evenings here.
@owl it's definatly a more pleasant part of the covid forumz.
also after the 10 min or a bit longer challenge I find I keep drawing doodling most of the evening.

That is nice. The clamp and bolt take on the appearance of an eye, mouth and nose to me, which is probably the result of being trapped in the house for the last four weeks.
