Isn't any frame, or anything really, only worth what someone is willing to pay for it?

Yes. Suspect that people will not be spending too much on bike frames at the moment for obvious reasons so prices are going to take a big - and hopefully temporary - dip. Or supply will dry up as people hold on to things until ‘times are better’.

They are in for a long wait.
